This website is established in the aftermath of the terrible cases (such as Perryn, West, French and Rushton) which the BPC are having a conference about, in November, 2026.
SAP Members and Trainers will be in the spotlight!
This archive has the aim of:
- supporting safe, psychoanalytic and psychotherapeutic therapy;
- safeguarding these officially reported crimes, for the public awareness of the perpetrators (and their methods)
- protecting our industry from these malpractices and abuse of the therapeutic exercise
Rushton, Perryn and French were prime examples of working for their own sexual and financial pleasure- rather than working for their patients – deceiving students, and the vulnerable parts of the public that they, their Psychoanalyst or psychotherapist, was working in their interests, rather than their own………….
Because of West, Rushton, Perryn and French, the BPC are now holding a conference on the subject of the sexual exploitation of patients by their psychoanalysts, in November, 2026.
